LGVS IS A HIGH-STANDARDS VOCAL STUDIO WITH A FAIR AND EASY POLICY TO FOLLOW.  

 

PLEASE READ THROUGH THIS PAGE THOROUGHLY.

MY FOCUS IS 100% ON MY STUDENTS' VOCAL ADVANCEMENT AND SUCCESS.  THERE IS NO TOLERATION FOR  ANYONE NOT RESPECTING THIS POLICY. 

ANY STUDENT WHO DOES NOT ACT IN ACCORDANCE WITH EVERYTHING WRITTEN WILL BE IMMEDIATELY REPLACED BY SOMEONE ON THE WAITING LIST.

PAYMENT:

ALL LESSONS ARE PAID FOR!

  • Lessons are paid, in full, on a monthly basis at the FIRST LESSON of each month. Everyone receives a “Yellow Payment Envelope” with amount information, lesson dates, and vacation days listed, on the front, for September – June.  (Cash or Check only)

  • If a student decides to discontinue lessons in the middle of the month, there will not be a refund for the remaining lessons.

  • Any student who is continually late with payment will be replaced by someone on the waiting list. I have never implemented a "late fee" and never want to get to that point. Thank You.

 

CANCELATIONS:

  • THERE ARE NO MAKE-UP LESSONS FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING ILLNESS, VACATION, SCHEDULE CONFLICTS, ETC...

  • No refunds or deductions will be given for any lessons canceled by the student.

  • If I have to cancel a lesson, the student will be credited for the lesson the following month.

 

TEMPORARY LEAVE:

  • If time is needed to be taken off from lessons in order to participate in another activity, etc., for a temporary period of time, there are two ways to go about it.

  • 1. Hold the lesson time by still paying for the time slot.

  • 2. Do not continue to pay for the time slot and risk the spot being filled.
